The service
What am I agreeing to?
Using runex.cloud or the Runex app means you agree to these terms.
Runex builds and runs applications you deploy, with HTTPS, and with databases and custom domains when you add them. We can change, pause, or retire a feature. Teams is in early access and can change before it is generally available.
You are responsible for your account, the people you invite, and the code and data you deploy. Don't share your login. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.
Acceptable use
What can I not do?
Don't use Runex to break the law or to harm other people.
That includes attacking other systems, hosting malware, or sending spam. Don't try to reach another customer's apps or data. We can suspend a project that puts the platform or other people at risk.
You keep ownership of your code and data. You let Runex host, build, and run it so the service can work. You need the rights to what you deploy, and you should keep backups of anything you cannot lose.
Plans and fees
What do the plans cost?
Hobby is free. Pro is NPR 999 per month, about $8 a month outside Nepal.
Founding Member is NPR 2,500 for one full year of Pro, limited to the first 30 users. "We deploy it for you" is NPR 3,000 once, about $30. Teams is early access and has no public price yet.
Public prices are on the pricing page. Email [email protected] to start a paid plan and we will send payment details. We do not publish payment instructions on this website. A price can change for a new purchase. A period you have already paid for stays at the price we agreed for that period.
Availability
What if something goes wrong?
We work to keep Runex up. We don't promise it will never be down.
Maintenance, failures, and problems at our providers can interrupt the service. To the extent the law allows, Runex is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or other indirect damage, and our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, except where a consumer law where you live says otherwise. We can update this page. The date at the top changes when we do. If you keep using Runex after an update, you accept the new terms.
